Cbank: Jan–July foreign trade surplus falls by 68% to $64 bln
MOSCOW, Aug 9 (PRIME) -- Russia’s foreign trade surplus plummeted by 68.4% on the year to U.S. $64.4 billion in January–July because of a decrease in the physical volume of exports and a price fall, the central bank said on Wednesday.
The deficit of service trade balance more than doubled to $20.4 billion in the period because of the recovery of outbound tourism.
